As you may, or may not know, Microsoft is no longer supporting the Windows 3.x operating system. Among other issues, the 3.x version is not fully Year 2000 compatible. Since Microsoft will not support the Windows 3.x platform, Westelcom Internet (a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider) will not be able to provide technical support for that platform as of 01/01/01.

This change will allow us to focus on 32-bit platforms and allows us to develop new services and features faster without adapting them for the older 16-bit platform. Existing Windows 3.x users may continue to use Westelcom Internet Service, your connectivity will not be affected. However, because of compatibility issues, you may not be able to utilize all of our services. Technical Support representatives will no longer be able offer technical support for this platform. We hope this action does not cause you any inconvenience and thank you for continuing to use Westelcom Internet.
