IMPORTANT NOTICE - Email Scam Alert
We have received reports from Westelcom users receiving infected emails which appear to be from Westelcom.  Click here for a sample "suspect email"

Please note that email from Westelcom:
  • will never ask for your password or other personal information.
  • will never ask for billing information.
  • will always be stamped with our mission statement and contact numbers.
Your Westelcom Ebill will have the subject line: "Your Westelcom Invoice" and will come from billing@westelcom.com.  We will always direct you to a secure site to make your payment.

If you feel you may have replied to a fraudulent e-mail with sensitive personal information from Westelcom, or your bank or credit card company contact us or them immediately.
